5 Day Sale to sell your house?
Has anyone ever used the techniques in the 5 Day Sale or 5daysale.com to sell your house? I saw a few interesting shows on CNN and other news channels about it. Just looking to see if it really works...

It works but it's just a combination of techniques that most real estate agents use anyway. Their big thing is pricing the home at or just below market value to create a lot of interest. As a real estate agent, I can sell your home in 5 days if you are willing to be realistic in pricing it. I can sell it in 1 day if you price it below market. It's simple economics. If you want the most for your home it should take longer than 5 days. If it sells in 5 days it's priced right or below market. It's all about pricing.
i have never seen it but it sounds a little fishy, rsearch more or hopefully somebody here will know
