What exactly happens when you fail your real estate exam?

you get to retake it, just call the promisor, and schedule to take it again, review.
In Michigan you can take it as soon as you can pay the $52 for it. :) My advice is to study study study and retake it as soon as you can. :)
If you fail your real estate exam, you have the option to study up and take it again. No one but you and your state's Real Estate Agency will ever know you did not pass the test on the first try.

when you fail you get to take it again as much as you want. you have to have 80% correct answer to pass.you can take the test again once you find out that you failed because other people after they take a test and they know they blew it so they make another schedule but what if you pass. then you will just mess up the system. so its better to wait to schedule a test after you find out your result
