I have 2 evictions in overland park ,kansas ,but i still want to rent here what do i do?
Answer:
get it in gear, lady. pay your bills on time and life is alot easier.
Find a landlord who doesn't do background or credit checks.
You could try to clean/repair your credit. I work in a fiancial compnay with speaicalizes in credit restoration and i might be able to help you if interested please contact me at m.asrat@yahoo.com
You sound real desparate to me. What do you do? You rent these places and then (evidently) do not pay the rent. They must be scum places or you wouldn't get in to them in the first place.
The first thing most rental offices do is check your credit report, your employment and criminal report. Those things coupled with the evictions does not say too much for your credibility as a good tenant.
I don't think any reputable place with a tenant criteria will rent you anything.
If you have evictions on your credit report, you will have a very hard time finding a place to rent through any agency. You may get lucky with a private landlord, but that is not very likely in this day and age.
Everyone (management companies and private landlords) wants to make sure that they can maximize the returns on the rental investment. Having to evict tenants costs money, regardless of how well the place is kept and in what shape it is rented.
If I were in your place, I would first try to figure out why you are being evicted. Is it because of lack of payment? Is it for being in violation of rental agreements? Once you have figured it out, can you and are you willing to remedy those circumstances?
If you have done the above mentioned, try approaching a church or city agency and find out if they know of anyone that would rent to someone in your circumstances.
Bottom line, with evictions on your record it will be very very hard.
