Agent locked me into 15 day mystery escrow?
Answer:
Although your question is not very clear. Please understand that the broker does not sell your home, you do. In other words unless you agreed to an offer in writting and the terms placed on a purchase agreement he can't sell it because you didn't authorize it. You can also tell the escrow company this, since all they do is follow what is on the purchase agreement.
Once this is resolved, if you need a presesceened REALTORĀ® in your area, please e-mail me and I'll put you in contact with one, also do so with any other questions you may have.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure anyone understands your question.. perhaps you need to rewrite it.

The agent does not have the power to lock you into an escrow unless you gave him a power of attorney to sell your property, not just a listing agreement.
There are so many things wrong with what's going on here that it's no wonder people are having trouble understanding what you said.
Immediately inform the escrow company in writing that there is no transaction.
Immediately contact your state's department of real estate and file a written complaint.
Immediately contact your local law enforcement fraud division.
Immediately contact an attorney to see if your state law allows you to sue this turkey and their brokerage.
Good luck.
