If i have 5 months left on my lease how do i move without giving myself a bad name?

Answers:
Usually you can give notice to the landlord and it's expected of you to pay the rent for the duration of your lease or until you can find an approved tenant at your cost for the advertising. You shouldn't get a bad name if your follow the guidelines
Speak with the landlord and let him/her know about your intent to move and that you will find a new tenant before you do. That way the landlord doesn't lose any money and you don't break the lease.
