i have a 1969 single wide mobile home that has been remodled with an attached wooden deck . it has been appraised for 3500 dollars, i need to sell it as soon as possible im only wanting 2500 what type of companies do i need to contact in order to help me either sell it or get a small loan on it?

Talk to your local mobile home dealers and see if they will take it on consignment. In many states a real estate only licensee can not sell mobile homes (motor vehicles) without a mobile home sales license.

most banks and institutions will not loan on a trailer that old.i would recommend an auction house and let them handle it. or take out an add and sell it thru the newspaper. ask 3500 or best offer and see what happens.
