Any opinions on Salvadori Property Management in Merced, CA?

We rent from Salvadori Property management. We do not have any problems with them. I would definitely recommend them. In the past, when something broke in the house I would call and they would send someone out to fix it with no problems. I have no compliants.
Is he still alive? That man is a shark and will evict you for the smallest thing. If you're hiring him to manage your property, you're in good hands. However, if you're going to rent from him, I would think twice.
I lived in Merdead for a couple of years and rented from him. I think he owns half the homes in Merced at that time.
