lets say i took my real estate test. what happens next? do i have to do something or can i just get a license and not doing anything for a while. What are the different careers in real estate? Ive heard about a loan officer and a real estate agent. which one makes more?

there are so many careers in the real estate industry.
Basically decide if you want to go into lending or real estate. Alot of states do not require you have a license to be a loan officer.
IF you go the Realtor route then yes you need a license and then pick out a place to work at and they will train you for 2 years or so.
