Is it easy to rent a house for $2000 a month in california for like a 2 bedroom?

Answer:
California's a big state. Where specifically are you asking about?
Yes
Good Lord. For two grand a month you could have a mansion where I am.
a house yes a small house you can find for 2,000 and not in a upper class neighborhood
You're going to have to narrow that down a little. California is a very big state. In Orange and LA counties that would be difficult. It is nearly impossible in San Francisco and the surrounding areas. In Modesto it can probably be done. Give more information and you'll probably get a better answer.

EDIT: When I was looking for a 2-bdrm house in southern Orange County last year they were running between $2000-$2500. It really depends on where the house is. If it is in the ghetto of LA or OC then forget it.
yeah, 2000 should be enough for a two-bedroom house or apartment in almost any part of CA (including SF bay area).
Why did you try to flip the house? And became the last man standing and holding the bag??

I just leased out a 2BD/2BA condo in Newport Beach for $2400/mo. I am currently leasing out another 2BD/1BA in Newport Beach for $2100/mo and I expect it to get $2000/mo.

I have two Irvine rental properties (that I own). 2BD/2BA at $1450/mo and 3BD/2BA at $1900/mo. Both properties are under priced but my tennants don't give me any trouble, so I like to keep them.

If you're in the Irvine area and you need help leasing yours out, let me know. I charge 5%, payable in monthly payments (not up front like most Realtors). I'll also screen your tenants, put it in the MLS and show your place. If you need property management as well (collection of rent, handling complaints, eviction, etc), I can do that for 8% percent paid monthly.

Regards
