Yeah I think property in DH8 would be a good investment, it seems that any houses that come up for rent go straight away and you can get at least £475 for a 3 bedroomed house. Alot of people are moving to the area and commuting into Newcastle or Durham for work. Also seems to be alot of foriegn people coming to the area for work.
