The border area (50 miles within) is the only good areas we have. Other than cottage country. Move to Toronto area, you should be able to pick up about 1000sq feet of condo space for about $400,000 usd.
You couldnt afford this pristine untouched perfect land. But we welcome all Americans to come visit, please just take your ingnorance with you when you leave.
