Does anybody know anything about a company called Franklin Squires? Are they a scam or beneficial?

It is regrettably a scam. They strip equity out of homes using a ridiculous scheme known as the equity mill. Far from a new invention, this is an age old trick that essentially makes its profit from second mortgages on properties that can be appraised for more than their actual worth.
The promoter de jur is pile of ** by the name of rick koerber. He has already been busted for securities violations (google him) he also went bankrupt about five years ago taking several of his "investors" here in Wyoming down with him. He is a con
artist and will do or say anything if he stands to benefit. He's now trying his wares among the dumb in Utah.
He calls himself a free capitalists. In reality he is nothing more than wanna-be play acting like a big shot.
My suggestion is to avoid this company as if it were the plague.
