I hope that's a down payment. If not, you're not going to find anything in San Diego for $200K. Even an empty lot is worth more than that. You might be able to buy a plot of land about the size of a refrigerator box for that amount. Average cost of a home in SD is about $650K. 2/1 condos START around $350K.
