I am trying to find out how much the property Taxes was last year on property located in Sandsprings, Oklahoma
Answer:
Call the county assessor.
I live in a city outside of Tulsa as well, though it is not Sand Springs. The value on my home is just a little over 100,000 and my property taxes were about $750.00 last year. Hope that helps a little.
You can find out in the tax record department of the county court house in the county where the property is located
It would be best if you go in person to the Office of the County Clerk in that area and bring ID and some sort of title or deed that you own it.
Call your local tax listing office - they can give you more information about the property than you would ever want to know!@
You might want to check on the state's taxation brochures and see if they have something there that can help you.
Here is their link:

This can be done fairly easy. Go to the Internet and type in "Property Assessor", and then the county where Sandsprings is located. Once you are there click on "Property Search". You can search by address, owner's name, Tax ID number, folio number etc. That will lead you to all kinds of history on your property including lot size, taxes, sales history and a lot more. Some have interactive maps that you can find out additional information regarding to neighboring properties. You can even find out when and how much the guy next to you paid for his property.
