What would an increase of taxes by $10 billion do to economy?

Probably nothing. That's really not enough to put a dent in our economy
Probably push it into recession.
We would probably invade that country.
make all the people who already dont make much make less, and the people who could care less, rich people, would not be affected at all
every time they raise the minimum wage that prices of EVERYTHING goes up, so when they take more taxes from people who barely make a living wage all hell will break loose
riots!
