MY house has been REPOSSESSED how can i get it back . uk advice only?
Answer:
If it's been repossessed then you haven't been paying the mortgage.
If you're now in a position to clear the arrears then why didn't you negotiate with the lender before it came to this ?
You might have some leverage with the lender if you can clearly demonstrate that you have the cash to clear the arrears and also the ability to continue making the necessary regular payments.
Otherwise you could bid for it at the auction when the lender sells your property. Note that you'll have to stump up cash for the property in a very short time, I think it's fourteen days, if you win the auction.
Note also that if the auction price is less than your outstanding debt then you will still owe the difference to your lender.
You need to speak to the mortgage company.
The house legally belongs to them.
,before its sold. form the bank. put a bid on it. pay up what you owe.file bankruptcy
Simple... Go to the bank and pay them what you owe them.,. or get another morgage (you have no hope but you can always try) and put a bid in when it goes on the market...
Clear you debt with them as soon as you can, thats the only way
Show the bank how they are going to get their money!
Depends whether your working or not, if not you could get help from the council and they normally pay half plus the interest!
the only way is see the mortgage co and buy it back from them remember they will want all the money you owe them
