I live in florida we singed a new lease with the apartments two months ago. the apartments has been putting late noticies on our door from about that time till now when they put a pay or make payment arrangments or be evicted from our apartment. now keep in mind i pay my rent on time and have never been late for the past two years.

I need you to be more clear. Did you transfer to a different apartment at the same apartment community? If you renewed your lease your balance should have been cleared or was there a rent increase that you were unaware of? I'm a little unclear, please elaborate.
sounds like a bookkeeping error. make sure you keep receipts, canceled checks, or other evidence of payment.
Just talk to the manager. Make SURE nothing has been posted on your credit report.
