Help!...My friend wants to move in? whats TICA?

She said she is listed on TICA and cant find anywhere to live what is that and how long is she listed on it for?

The Tenant-in-Common Association (TICA) was formed in 2002 as a cooperative effort between TIC professionals to advance the TIC industry. Its mission is to promote the highest ethical standards for its members and provide education and information to the entire TIC community.

I looked it up and it says it is...TICA Australian and New Zealand tenant database. Providing landlord protection through tenant screening and tenant checking. You'd have to read the website to see how long they stay on it for.
