THEY TRAIN INDIVIDUALS TO FIND REAL ESTATE. THE COMPANY PURCHASES THE REAL ESTATE FIXES IT UP AND WHEN IT IS SOLD GIVES A PORTION OF THE PROFITS TO THE FINDER.

Ive never heard of that one, My husband and I own an investment company/group. What we do for new investors is find them the house, contacts , rehab, record keeping then when it sells we split the profit as a consult fee.After two houses they can usually do it by themselves. however, Its their loan/money and if they don't make a profit we don't make a profit.
It doesn't make sense for them to assume the risk, then "give" you a portion of the profit. Unless your talking about a "finders fee". If your paying for the class they would be making a profit off you (you don't need a class to find a good deal) and they don't have to purchase the house you find? I don't know?It doesn't add up
sounds fishy. Look into it real good before getting involved in anything of the sort!
Sounds like a late-night informercial scam. Any bets if that's a mail drop and "Suite 122" is just a mailbox?
