Dual agency?
Answer:
Dual agency can save clients thousands of dollars. There is some risk of finding a bad agent. If you feel that you have been cheated first talk to your agent’s Broker and if you are not satisfied report it to your local Real Estate Board. They will investigate and take action. The Broker and/or Agent could lose their licenses and you could collect damages if they are guilty of malfeasants.
