How do i get a tennessee real estate license?

Answers:
Attend real estate licensing school, take the test, pass, find Broker to hold your license.

Your best bet would be to talk to some manager's at your local real estate sales companies, or look up ads. Many will sponsor your cost of schooling if you come to work for them in their Brokerage. You will need a broker to hold your license. Unless you get your own broker license, but many states require you to be a licensed agent for 2 to 3 years prior to becoming a broker.
