Is my house worth more in a historical district?

I found out one of my properties is located in the historical district of my city. Does this increase the value?

Answers:
Generally speaking it will improve value being in a historical district. Of course some of that depends on the quality of the home and neighborhood it is in. The home itself must also be classified as historical to gain that value though.
