$404 for a 3 bedroom 1 bath house in Cheyenne, Wyoming. It is public housing house though, so we are getting a sweet deal. Most other places around us rent for at least $1,000.

In live in Virginia. When I used to live near Richmond I had a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house for 600 a month. Now I live in Virginia Beach and you would be lucky to find a studio for 700. I think it is such a rip off. Gas and food prices are shooting up and rent is going with it. Oh and jobs actually paid better in Richmond. Here you have crappy pay, expensive housing.
