Next step in buying a house after "remedy" has been made to the inspection?

We are buying a home, we've already had a home inspection. And remedy has been made, what is the next step? We have a buyers agent, and we are supposed to close some where around the 5th of June. When would our "walk through" be? The day it be the day before closing or earlier? Thanks in advance.

Answers:
I work in California. All contract terms vary with each transaction; however, if default terms were selected, then a walk-thru should be scheduled minimum 5 days prior to closing unless you asked for an earlier date during the initial negotiations.

All requested/agreed upon repairs should be completed prior to the walk-thru unless the two parties agree on a different date.

You should also have received written disclosures from the seller telling you of the features of the home and any other miscellaneous info regarding the condition of the home. As with all inspections, the standard time frame to examining the disclosures is 17 days unless otherwise agreed upon.

Other details that occur after the 17 day cut-off may include items related to your financing (i.e. appraisal, doc signing, etc.).

Your buyer's agent should be able to give you the specifics to your transaction. Good luck!
Generally earlier. You want as much time as possible to make sure you close. The earlier the better.
