I need answer to a bank promblem?
Answers:
I would consider switching over to a credit union, it seems like you went over your withdrawal limit, did you make in other transactions? I would also look into getting a checkings account with a credit union.
a saving account is opened so you can get higher interest rates and are not supposed to be used on a daily basis i would open a checking account too
well it sounds like to me 1st you need to call customer service and get them to xplain why? if that doesn't help you go in side or ask to speak w/ their supervisor. 2nd you need to switch savings accounts and make sure it is the account that best suits you. and make sure it does not have a minimum amnt that you must keep to advoid charges.
but you need to swith financial instutions their are to many to stick with just 1 "switch" Be picky on who have to watch your money most banks have the same thing to offer but the smaller ones offer something all the way different and the larger ones may offer something for free when you enroll as an incentive.
It sounds like you have overdrawn your account. It doesn't make any difference whether it is a savings or a checking account, you can only withdraw what is in the account. Different banks charge different fees for overdrafts and, unfortunately, many banks do not inform you when your balance is low until you have actually overdrawn it. At this point, your best bet is to make up any shortfall and close the account.
