I'm looking for a Financial Manager...?
Answer:
This will cost you more money than it's worth. It will also not teach you how to manage your money which is what you really need. I realize it’s hard, but this is one of the most important skills you will need to develop. If you pay someone to do it, you will most likely end up right where you are now once you take over your finances again.
I’ve linked the book recommendation page for my website below. On it are many books that are good for those just starting out with managing their money. I’d recommend you start with Personal Finance for Dummies to learn the basics. Just take it slow, figure out how to make your life automatic (set up online bill pay and direct deposit).
Cut up all of your credit cards and only use cash. Once the cash is gone, you’re done.
Track your spending for the next 30 days – every penny. See where your money is going and where you can cut back. Use that to create your budget and then stick to it. Pay your bills the day you get paid and transfer any money to savings. Then, what you have left is yours to spend as you want. You’ll only have to go hungry once before you start learning how to manage your money.
Read and ask questions and you can do this.
Good luck!
Sounds like you're looking for a mom.
Contact your local United Way and they might be able to put you in contact with someone in your locale.
Be prepared to pay quite a bit for all these services too.
