Any bad experience with Citibank's e-savings account?

Answer:
If you mean, bad experience with banking e-savings account. Then the answer is No. I opened the account the same day as it was launched (It was a coincidence. I had planned to open a savings account that day and when I came to know about e-savings, i went for that).

It is really a good account. Interest rate is high. You can transfer money between accounts online/overphone/ATM.. Basically with other banks like HSBC e-savings account, if you want to withdraw money, you will do this

(1) Login to your account on internet

(2) Transfer money from HSBC e-savings account to your local bank checking/savings account

(3) Go to ATM of local bank and withdraw money

Now what if you are on the road and need cash? You do not have internet? Well, I am assuming they will have facility to transfer money over phone too.. But I am not sure.

With Citibank, the process is

(1) Go to citibank ATM
(2) Transfer money from e-savings account to checking/savings account
(3) Withdraw.
