How long does it take for something to report to the credit bureau as paid in full

Answer:
forever it seems...sometimes a few months.
depending on which credit bureau it was reported to. Equifax can take 30 - 60 days to update.
Usually 30 days or one full pay cycle. Most financial institutions only report once per month.
It will report within 30 days. It always helps for you to send your proof of payment yourself to Experian, Transunion, and Equifax.
The Credit Bureau will list it as fast as they get the info from the company you are paying. Could be quick and sometimes not. It is more up to the lender than the Bureaus.
