Has anyone ever used any of those online bankruptcy companies where they do all the paper work?

Answer:
I have heard of a story about someone using one of those services but it's not a good story. The information they used was stolen and they are still overcoming the horror that resulted. The internet is awesome for some things but legal or financial situations that require a professional are not on that list. Don't just jump to bankruptcy (online or offline) because the laws have changed and people have to qualify, prove the need, and fill out mounds and mounds of paperwork along with history of what they've bought so there's no favoritism to certain creditors. Bankruptcy is a legal issue, not a good match for an online company, as my friend will tell you after the experience with the online bankruptcy experience.
no good. try finding a local bankruptcy attorney
Don't do it. Use a local attorney. If your bankruptcy is simple, you can go to an office supply store to get the forms and you can do it yourself. The laws have recently changed.
