I would like to sell note I hold to a financial company, how do I do this.?

Walk in the door or call them on the phone and ask them if they woul be interested in buying your note. Chances are they will but at a price THEY want. Go home and think it over. Feel free to shop it around. There are more than one financial company in the world. Once you have a winner get a lawyer and let him protect your interest in the deal. Don't sign anything with out your lawyer present or at least having time to review the paperwork to make sure your not getting raped.
you will get raped. Or at least feel like it. Don't be suprized if all they offer is about 50% of the value of the note. Thats why you shop it around.
