I'm a member of hits4pay and have made $29.99 in about 2 months time. It takes awhile to build up the money but the key to succeed with them is to gain many referrals. It's legit, but does take a little bit to make a decent amount. I'd reccomend it though! I've also found three other sites that you can earn money online. They're below if you're interested.
