I would pay off or make bigger payments to the one which has the bigger interest rate so that you save money over time.

Consolidate your school loans. If you have several medical bills consolidate them into a personal loan through your credit union.
Get a payment plan set up. In the meantime sell anything that you no longer use or want for extra cash. Get a second job if you are able to work.
