Can you break an irrevocable living trusr?

is it possible to break a irrevocable living trust? even if it specifies more than one time not to sell something for 5-10 years? If it is possible please give me the reasons and in english not attorney talk thankyou

Yes you can. Happens all the time. I have no idea why they call them irrevocable.

If all parties involved, sign a quit claim your done.

If one of the parties is dead, you have a problem
Nope because it is a binding document
Irrevocable means "can not be revoked" (duh).
