401K- can I take it all out if I leave the country?

I want to move back to Europe, and I have a 401K (fully vested) in the US. I don't really want to pay a fine for taking it out early. But I will need the money to start a new life.
Is it possible? What are my options?

Answer:
you'll still get hit with penalty and tax the only way to avoid it is to roll it over into a rolover IRA
you can take it out any time you want but you got to pay tax's on sorry to say
