Answer:
the hAves are the ones who generally are better educated , driven , confident , and exceptional performers in their field . The have nots are ones who are not of the above classification and then there is some in the nots class that have been ruined by divorce , sickness , high medical buills and they have fallen into the have not class . In every society there is classism whether we like to admit it or face it unless of course you are speaking of utopia .
