About Paypal. 10 pts for help.?

Im new to paypal. Im planning to buy something on ebay, I got my paypal account recently. I have no credit card but i do have a confirmed bank account. Lets say I want to use an echeck through paypal. Do I have to transfer the funds from my bank account to the Paypla Balance? Or can I go straight ahead and have the money be transferred directly from the bank to the seller. (through paypal of course)

I also have a Paypal account funded by my bank account rather than a credit card and have made e-Bay purchases. I have never had to transfer money or anything. The amount necessary is taken (by Paypal) and paid to the seller. A transaction that you don't have to worry about. All done automatically. All you do is select payment by Paypal and away you go. I think it takes a few days before the seller actually receives it as a cleared payment though.

the echecks take a bit longer to clear than the credit cards so your shipping may be effected

PayPal will handle all of it automatically, you just buy your item and make payment with PayPal.

What you probably should look into is PayPal credit. It's pretty new, but I have it and it finances your purchase over three months for you. Info is on the site.
