I got a Virgin Mobile camera cell phone for $98.00 and they have cards varying in price from $20.00 to I believe $300.00. The reason I think it's the best they don't tell you that you have to add the highest card to your cell phone all you do is go and buy the $20.00 card every 90 days. You have to pay for music (ringtones)/games/wallpapers (graphics)/etc., you have to pay for internet which is a dollar for 24 hours of web surfing, and you have to pay for AIM but it's the best coolest looking camera cell phone for under a $100.00.
Nokia and the best thing about these phones is that whatever the series, they all share the same charger.
Try to buy the 2006 ASUS brands..it has a camera, unlimited video, polyphonic tones, mp4 player,,java games, and you can create your own music video,,
it is cheaper than other brands..about 10,000php only.
MOTOROLLA and Verizon is the best carrier
