I am trying to find out if there is a ics financial assoc. in Oklahoma City?

I got approved for a loan but i feel something ain't right. is this a scam

I live in OKC but havnt heard of that before but I havnt looked either
If they are issuing loans they need to be licensed. If OK law is anything like CA, they need to put their lending institution license number on all correspondence. If you don't see that, it is probably a scam. If you do, call the state and check on the status and/or complaints. If you received this loan approval unsolicited via email, I will put good money on it being a scam. Even if it isn't, those circumstances would indicate it is not an optimum deal for you.
