All Banks offer it
Usually banks will give you and overdraft line of credit, which is at some ridiculously high percent (25%+), but still better than an overdraft fee of $30 when you've only overdrawn for $10.
Talk to your local banker and ask for the protection or line of credit. If he/she says no, just go to another bank
