I am a international student,not a resident of US and i need a educational loan. can someone help me find one?

I am a student in Hungary but an Asian national. I am 21 years old and i wouldnt mind doing a part time job if available.I am good in writing and I speak fluent english. If someone has any suggestions please do post me. cheers.
