i been trying to find the right answer on overtime please help

Answer:
If you work more than 8 hours in any day as a full time employee then the company is required by law to pay you overtime. 40 hour work week is still the bench mark and they must pay you overtime for any hours above 40!
depends on the federal labor laws and what you do for a living. in a trucking warehouse it is after 60 and a few other industries I know.
Depends on what state you live in. Contact your state website for a number that can get you into contact with the proper individual.

check the government labor law of the place where you are. the company you are working for should comply to that law. otherwise, go get a job in a company that respects the labor law and their employees.
Much depends on the local labour law. Try to check with the local authorities for advise.
