I work hard and my job dont pay me overtime after 40 hours they pay me over time after 60 hours is that right?

If you work more than 8 hours in any day as a full time employee then the company is required by law to pay you overtime. 40 hour work week is still the bench mark and they must pay you overtime for any hours above 40!

check the government labor law of the place where you are. the company you are working for should comply to that law. otherwise, go get a job in a company that respects the labor law and their employees.
