I got arrested last night.?

I'm on probation and just got arrested last nite for battery and illegal consumption.. anyone ever been arrested for this? What are my fines/punishments going to be like?

With good counsel, you may get by with a fine and an extension of your probation (depending on what the prosecutor decides to do about the battery case).
This is probably going to count as a probation violation - hate to break it to you, but odds are you'll be serving the remainder of your sentence back in prison.
You might want to talk to a lawyer.

You broke the rules of your probation and are probadly going to jail. Get a lawyer.
