I'm being lent some money to buy a car, but need to have a contract with the lender so that it is legal. Normally this wouldnt come ito it, but my ex-husband pulled a fast one with some money we borrrowed before and managed to make off with it as we didnt have a contract to repay it. So this time we would like to use a free template to download to ensure that I & my new husband have to pay it back should anything happen, but dont know where to find one.
