Under how much in the bank will you still be poor, between how much in the bank makes you middle class...?

and at least how much should you have to be considered rich? Thanks for answering.

Answers:
There is a lot more to being "rich" or "Poor" than money

But middle class income is usually $40,000-$70,000/year.
$25,000-$40,000 might be considered lower-middle class
$70,000-$150,000, might be considered upper-middle class

Rich is only a perception of the people looking at it.
Bill Gates and warren Buffet are rich, But being a millionaire is not my definition of rich, I am one and where I have a comfortable middle class existance with money in the bank, If I tried I could spend it pretty fast and be broke.
But some one renting an appartment with a 15 yr old car, and lots of credit card debt, would think I am Rich.
Warren Buffet and Bill gates, wouldn't even allow me to walk in their neighbourhood.

So just work towards making yourself out of debt, get and own, free and clear, a domicile of some sort, and life will be good.
If you have a bank account at all and a place where you put your spare change after you empty your pockets everyday, you are part of the richest 10% in the world. Be thankful you have a bank account.
Rich and poor is very relative and subjective. By whose standards do you want to know?

It is more important to know whether you need and want a bank account. It is just another place to save money, so that you are not tempted to spend all you have. Of course, you'll have to leaveyour ATM card in the darkest corner where you forget where it is at home.

You can open an account with $100 or some banks allow you with $50.

If you have more than $2000 (Some banks allowyou to start with $500) and you do not need to use it until in 7 or 15 years from now and can increase that amount over the first 5 years, I suggest that you open a fixed anuity/IRA and save the money for your retirement. Make sure you get one that lets you maintain your principal, even, if in the long run it does not earn you any moremoney which is rare. You can always choose to earn a fixed interest on part or on the whole principal amount.
