Admittedly, I have not dealt with the company in question, but I'll warn you that by and large they are all disreputable. Your best bet on debt is to call your creditors directly to see about working out settlements and repayment plans. It takes some time but it will work out much better for you in the end.
Even if the company is reputable, the fact that you have them negotiate on your behalf will be reported to the three major credit bureaus as "paid through agency", which for purposes of qualifying for a mortgage is essentially the same as a chapter 13 bankruptcy. I'd avoid them if at all possible.
