I need to know exactly what to do when moving?

Sit down and write a budget. List all your bills, grocieries, gas,ect. JUST list the absolute essentials. That is what you have to spend per month the rest put into a savings account, it will be rough but in the end will be WELL worth it, good luck!
You have a wonderful dream, but I think it is unobtainable.
But if you think you can do it...Stop spending all unnecessary spending, no treats for anyone, no eating out, no new toys, or clothes. (get the picture) and save all this money til the end of July, and see how much you have accomplished. This will tell you if you have a chance money-wise. Then while keeping to this program, check out house rentals to see if anything is available in your price range and phone a few places to see the rent and any other costs.

$550 a month for a 3 bedroom house? Wow, I wonder where you live! You can't even get a 1 bedroom apartment for that where I live, and the cost of living here is one of the lowest in the country.
