Does anyone know why paypal make three attempts before they cancel an echeck?



Answers:
they try to give the person an opportunity to put the funds in the bank.it's a good thing for the buyer but I'm not so sure how it affects the seller,since i buy on eBay alot and use paypal.
i thought it was only two attempts,had that occur once.i paid for the item,can't remember why it didn't go thru but they waited 10 days to put it thru again.
in any event,paypal does protect the buyer and seller.
To give the buyer the benefit of the doubt before telling the seller that there is no way they are going to get their money.
