No lawyer ?? are you brain dead or terminally stupid . You heard about the lawyer who defended himself ? He had a fool for client ! They wiill eat you up in Bank Court without an attorney .
You can't, or at the very least, you shouldn't. If you don't know the answer to this question, then you will get eaten alive in bankruptcy court without one.
There are legal help companies that just fill out the forms at your direction but filing bankruptcy without a lawyer is a bad idea because you need to know and protect your rights. Most lawyers will add their bill into your bankruptcy payments so the only money you'll need up front will be filing fees.
Grow up. Pay your own debts. Get another job or two at night/weekends.
