I'm due to retire with only a state pension can anyone tell me what benefits I am entitled to claim?
Answer:
You will most likely be entitled to a top up from Income Support: you may even be entitled to Housing & Council Tax Help. Go into your local Jobcentre Plus office and they should be able to help point you in the right direction.
If your not ready to put your feet up for good. you could also bring extra cash in by working from home: here is a great site about a home business, you can work how you like to fit your lifestyle. http://www.bluethundergroup.com/.
God bless.
You may be entitled to pension credit depending on your circumstances.
You should know the policy at your job. read the Manuel
You may be able to get pension credit, contact Inland Revenue, depending on this you may get hep with rent/council tax but not with mortgage interest payments, good luck, enjoy your retirement.
