You sure can but you have to verify your bank account with Paypal first. You have to give paypal you checking account number and routing number. Then they make 2 small deposits into your account. You need to check your bank account and let paypal know the amounts. It should explain in detail at Paypal. When you log into your account on the overview page there is a link in the upper left hand corner to Add Bank Account.
